Why most change efforts fall short and what to do about it

For decades organisations have been undermining their change efforts through a deficit-based top-down approach that is far too simplistic for the modern workplace. As a result, Managers often think a problem is “solved” and move on, whilst workers revert to the way things were before achieving short-term compliance rather than long-term commitment.

This presentation aims to present the latest in evidence-based research on change whilst bridging the gap between theory and practice using tangible real-world examples. Amanda will build on that even further by providing key insights and learnings gained through years of experience facilitating change in high-risk and complex work environments.
