Duncan is the Australia Safety Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) Executive for WSP Australia. He has over 15+ years’ experience in occupational health and safety and industrial hygiene, working on large-scale environmental remediation projects in Australia and the United States as well as supporting large transport, water and mining infrastructure projects in NSW and across Australia Pacific. He leads a team of 7 safety, health and quality professionals in supporting the WSP business in being a world leader.

Recently Duncan has focused on strategies to tackle the emerging risk of mental health issues in the changing work environment. Duncan is a Mental Health First Aider has overseen the implementation of a company wide Health and Wellbeing Plan, and is a consult Australia Mental Health Ambassador. Duncan’s current career goal is to ensure a physically and mentally safe workplace for all.
