Jorja has significant experience in designing and implementing evaluation frameworks and developing evidence used for high level decision making in process-driven environments. Spanning mental health, education, early childhood, planning, community services and development in local, state and federal governments and the not-for-profit sector, Jorja also has 10 years’ experience in management and consulting roles. Jorja’s approach is strengths-based, conceptual and solution focused.
Jorja leverages her breadth of experience, formal qualifications and practical application in project and program management, research and policy analysis, feasibility, and social planning, needs analysis, health and social impact assessment, community engagement and stakeholder management consultation to meet the evidence needs of decision makers to make evaluation meaningful.
Jorja is an active member of the Australian Evaluation Society, Planning Institute of Australia and International Association for Public Participations IAP2 Australasia and co-initiated the Geelong Regional Evidence and Evaluation Community of Practice.
