Biography

Dr. Susanne Tepe currently the Registrar of the Australian OHS Education Accreditation Board. She has recently retired as Associate Professor of Occupational Health and Safety at RMIT, where she taught OHS, toxicology, risk management and critical thinking to postgrads and undergrads. Prior to that, she worked in industry in OHS, toxicology and quality roles. Her research interests were focused on implementation and evaluation of OHS interventions in complex environments where she used action research, qualitative methods and games to compliment her traditional scientific methods and has supervised both Masters and PhD students. Her PhD is in Toxicology and Environmental Health, she has an MBA and a Masters of Organisational Systems. She is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Health and Safety (formerly SIA), and a member of the Australian Institute of Occupational Hygienists (AIOH) and the Australasian College of Toxicology and Risk Assessors (ACTRA).
