The Australian Institute of Health & Safety is pleased to announce a Call for Speaker Expressions of Interest to present at the 2022 AIHS National Health & Safety Conference.
This year’s conference theme will be: The Adaptive Age: Innovative and Practical Approaches to Health & Safety
The two-day conference will be held from 25-26 May 2022 at the Melbourne Convention Centre.
We invite applicants to submit: Poster presentations, keynote presentations, workshops, panel discussions, or 10 minute short talks which explore innovative ideas, evidence-based research or workplace health & safety case studies.
This year we are asking presenters to deliver interactive presentations and workshops which should:
– Examine how we navigate the adaptive age of safety when we don’t know what to expect
– Reflect on where Health & Safety has been and where you believe it is headed
– Examine evolving perspectives on WHS
– Lessons learned
– Predictions on how we should prepare to move forward as a profession
The presentation topics may include but are not limited to:
All submissions must address how the concept or research can be translated from theory into the real-life work of Practitioners and Professionals at all levels of the company.
Presentations that strongly focus on practical takeaways for practitioners and Professionals will be highly regarded.
