Cass Wild is EML’s General Manager, Partnerships, Strategy and Distribution, responsible for managing strategic partnerships across EML’s national portfolios. Under her leadership, EML’s Account Management teams deliver strategic and operational support to thousands of Australian businesses and customers.

Since joining EML in 2014, Cass has played a key role in expanding the EML Solutions business, leading teams across claims operations, organisational strategy, and risk management. Over the past decade, she has sponsored multiple group wide initiatives focused on strengthening customer relationships and improving claim, member, and liability outcomes.

With more than 20 years’ experience in personal injury, Cass has held senior roles across operations management, compliance, risk management, performance improvement, and dispute resolution in both the public and private sectors. Prior to EML, she held management positions within the dispute divisions of the Queensland Workers’ Compensation Regulator and across large Queensland Government departments supporting injury and income protection claim management.
