With extensive experience in occupational health and safety, Jane is passionate about embedding a proactive safety culture that drives strong outcomes for business.

Throughout her career, Jane has driven large-scale transformation programs, focusing on risk management, leadership capability, and continuous improvement. She is known for her pragmatic approach to safety, balancing operational realities with a strong commitment to care for team members and customers alike. Spanning a career of nearly 30 years, with 10 years working & living abroad, she has worked at some well known brands like BP, Origin Energy, Telstra and Amazon.
