Naomi Kemp is the Chief Executive Officer of fr&nk Capability Leaders and a former Board Chair of the Australian Institute of Health and Safety. She returns to the AIHS Great Debate after a long hiatus, last appearing at the WA Symposium Debate in 2018, where she made a memorable case that the Boomers had ruined it for the next generations.
Since then, Naomi has been focused on building a business that helps organisations strengthen their health and safety capability in a way that actually works in practice. Her approach combines strategic insight with a deep understanding of how people engage with systems, leadership, and change.
Naomi is known for her straight-talking style, sharp thinking, and ability to challenge conventional approaches without losing sight of what matters on the ground. Now back behind the mic, she brings that same energy to the Great Debate, ready to stir the pot and keep the audience on their toes.
